We BUILD, EDUCATE, and EMPOWER kids through gardening activities and lessons with the support of local educators, nonprofits, master gardeners, and horticulturists. Our community friendly program is designed to encourage kids to have fun, while learning how to create their very own garden and safe space. Just like pollinator plants, the youth are developed into the force that attracts the beauty around them.

BUILD - Join us as we assist the youth in building their own paradise, while building them into their own identity.


EDUCATE - Through the services of master gardeners, farmers, horticulturists, educators, and more, we educate kids to becoming self-sustained gardeners.


EMPOWER - By learning life skills, and through the advocacy of positive mental and physical health, our youth gardeners are converted into leaders within their respective communities.

PROGRAMS

  • Pollinator Power

    In this workshop, youth learn through hands-on activities and lessons about the anatomy of flowers, the importance of pollinators in the garden, and how to construct their very own pollinator garden. (Grade K-8)

  • Compost Creators

    In this workshop, youth learn how to convert food scraps, worms, and natural elements into compost gold. (Grade 6-12)

  • Container Kids

    This space saving, introductory workshop makes for an excellent starter project. Youth are given the opportunity to learn and thrive into their very first, container garden. (Grade K-12)

  • Calendar Planting

    In this workshop, youth learn the significance of the seasons and how they affect the life cycles of plants. Through effective strategives, young gardeners are able to maximize growth potential. (Grade K-8)

  • Dirty Hands

    In this workshop, youth explore the nature of soil and the nutrients that assist in bringing life to their plants. Topics include fertilizers, microbes, worms, bacteria, and fungi. (Grade 6-12)

  • Young Seeds

    From genetics to germination, youth learn the function and impact of seeds as well as their contribution to society. (Grade 2-8)

  • Friendly Foods

    In this workshop, youth learn about the different foods grown in the garden, how they impact the body, and the life cycle of their crops. (Grade K - 12)
